Scholarship covers the catalog of scholarships and discounts the school offers, and which students are assigned one.
Who can access it
Scholarship and admin roles for the management screens. Reading which scholarships exist, and which students already carry one, appears to be open more broadly to signed-in accounts.

Important fields/actions
A scholarship record carries a deduction type (scholarship or discount) and a deduction source (in-house or external), and can reduce tuition, miscellaneous, lab, penalty and other fees, each either by a percentage rate or a fixed amount.
