Enrollment Overview

Purpose

Enrollment puts a student into subject sections for a term. In this system the registrar does the enlisting, and the student becomes enrolled when tuition is paid.

Who can access it

• Registrar and admin: the enrollment pages.
• Students: an "Advising / Enlistment" page exists in the student portal, but it may not work today. See Known Issues.

How to access it

Registrar group in the sidebar. Page addresses start with /registrar/.

The term is chosen in the top bar or on the page. Year level and student type are set on the enrollment workspace.

Validation or restrictions

Adding a subject checks prerequisites and corequisites. See Registrar Enrollment.

Known limitations

⚠️ Known Issue

Student self-service enlistment may be refused for student accounts (KI-01), and the older Enlistment Requests approval screen may not load (KI-03). The system also has two separate enrollment tools, and it is not clear whether the older one is still meant to be used (KI-23). See Known Issues.
